Winter Winds | BFF Sunday

Photoshoot/coffee date in downtown Olympia with my best friend! It was incredibly cold, but the weather was absolutely perfect for photos and coffee and a walk around the lake.

Meet Emma Moore, Norwegian exchange student at Capital High School. She's kind, beautiful, down to earth, gentle, talented, and many other wonderful things! It was a pleasure working with her and her wonderful host mother who came along. Her smile is absolutely stunning, even in the freezing fall weather!

Autumn in Olympia has usually been rainy and stormy and there are very little opportunities for fall photoshoots with the colors of the leaves, however this year it has been absolutely beautiful! The sun has been out for every photo session but one, and the colors of all of the trees are incredible.
Mikayla and I went to Priest Point park in hope of capturing some of those fall colors in her senior portraits. I love the way these all turned out! Such a beautiful girl – every photo of her is perfect!

My photoshoot with Alex was the first of all my shoots to take place in the rain, and I'm happy to say it was a blast and a success! Her hair started to curl towards the end and I was completely soaked from head to toe, but these pictures were worth it.
I'm excited to take more rainy day photos in the future!
